Weird automatic transaction with ETH

Hello guys,

I just noticed that every time I transfer some ETH to my Coinbase wallet, say 0.5 ETH, 3 minutes later, there would be an automatic transaction of about say 0.480 out of my wallet to an contract address which I don't know who that is. But then the weird thing is I don't lose this 0.480 amount in my Coinbase wallet (I still received 0.5 like nothing happened),

Is this normal? and what is that all about?
