Are there any cross-platform games in 2016

Hi,

 

Most of my friends are console gamers and I would like to know if you have suggestions of good games that can be played online by PC and PlayStation or Xbox owners, more particularly PlayStation owners. I know Microsoft announced something like that not so long ago but I don't think they eventually did it. So I'm open to your suggestions, if there are any good games released this year.
