Can Someone tell me if my rig will work?

I'm new too making a PC. Can someone more well versed tell me if my rig will run, if it will all fit into the case, if any parts are overkill, possible bottlenecks,things like this. Thank you in advanced to anyone who comments.

I take it you already own Windows 7 and the BeQuiet cooler ?

 

Also the Phanteks Eclipse doesn't have an optical bay so you can't fit a DVD drive. Either buy an external one or go with a different case if you need an internal DVD drive.

 

A GTX 1070 is more than enough for a 144Hz 1080p screen.
