Wait what? newegg is not for a pc list,use https://pcpartpicker.com/ and tell us your budget and we will create a list for that budget

I can't add an optical drive for some reason. Any help?

Also the Phanteks Eclipse doesn't have an optical bay so you can't fit a DVD drive. Either buy an external one or go with a different case if you need an internal DVD drive.

 

A GTX 1070 is more than enough for a 144Hz 1080p screen.
