Pokemono GO not working

Hello! When I open up Pokemon GO with WiFi enabled, (using my houses wifi) it loads up, and I can then turn off WiFi and use 4g. However, if I try to load it using just 4g, it sticks on the gyrados loading screen. Please help!

Do you have good 4G signal where you are? Or might be some problem with your mobile network provider.

4g is good where I am.

What provider are you on?
