I've been offered a 950 FTW for $175 CAD. Should I go for it or not? It retails for $235 CAD. Should I try to go lower? It will be for my brother. Thanks!

You can get a new GTX 950 for $159, if it's used I would not go for it.

For a used 950, I wouldn't pay more than ~$140-$150.

You can get similar/better cards in that price range.
