A beats pill shout exactly that all the time when compared to a real sound system, so second one :P

Would you guys rather have one game a year, but the ability to choose which one and to play the games of the other years, or to be forced to play a new game every week and only that game?

First, because nothing implies that I can't just use the money from that job to make myself a pretty good PC.

Would you rather have to use a Phanblet to make all your Phone Calls, and always look dumb while doing so, or the first cellphone ever made, and be able to play it off every time you use it.

What do you define as a phablet? I have a 5.7" phone and it's not that awkward to make phone calls. The phone conversations themselves are usually more awkward :D.

Depends.

The size and cooling aren't too important to me. It's the build quality I care about. Whichever one is built better is the one I'll go for.

I'll take the 70FPS option. Drops to 50 don't bother me much at all.

To use your battery to check for emails, updates and random stuff like phones do.

InstantGo (formerly Connected Standby)is a Microsoft specification for Windows 8/8.1/10 hardware and software that aims to bring smartphone-type power management capabilities to the PC platform, as well as increasing physical security.

If you have a typical PC or Mac with an Intel or AMD chip, your computer has several different power states. Your computer is either on, off, or in a power-saving state. Laptops normally go into sleep mode if they’re not used for a while or if the lid is closed. In sleep mode, your PC maintains power to its memory so it can start up very quickly. PCs can also hibernate, and may automatically hibernate if you leave them in sleep for a while. In hibernation mode, your PC saves the contents of its memory to its hard drive and shuts down. When you boot it, it loads the system state back from the hard drive and restores everything you had open. Both sleep and hibernate allow your computer to save its state and get back to it more quickly, but the computer is basically off and can’t do anything while sleeping or hibernating.

In contrast, the smartphones and tablets most people use work differently. When you put an iPad, Android tablet, or a smartphone down and leave it for several hours, its screen turns off. The device goes into a very low-power mode. However, it’s not in a PC-style “sleep” or “hibernate” mode. Your tablet or phone will check for new emails, receive notifications, and perform other tasks. It does this by frequently waking up. The tablet or phone feels like it’s always on — you never have to wait for your phone to boot up from hibernate.

That's a lot to read but that's basically it. PCs normally are quite dumb and do nothing when they sleep but modern Intel CPUs with Windows 8 or above can be smart.
