Looks pretty good. However, if this is a first-time build, then don't go for watercooling in my opinion. Even if it's AIO, I"d still start with air cooling. 

 

Other than that, it looks good. I'm assuming there's going to be some kind of algorithm processing/rendering going on as you have a 6700K correct?

Yes this is a first time build, but I really want to be familiar with overclock ing and that's why I'm going with liquid cooling and I will be using the 6700k for rendering.

Don't buy windows for 130$ you can get cheap and legal keys for around 10$ more or less

I don't trust kinguin and g2a at all... That's why I'm getting Windows 10 from newegg.

like I said in the other thread your wasting money if your getting the 6700k and liquid cooler if you dont plan on overclocking. If you aren't going to overclock your CPU then get a i7-6700 and 212evo because you have no use for a K series chip and AIO.

Yes this is mainly a gaming setup, but 144hz is pointless for me as I'm not really going to play fps games
