GPU tier list

maybe excessive - but that would be awesome if you can do it - add a spreadsheet for a huge ass list with all the cards for different games with different settings to give an option of detailed results.

 

You might have heard Tom's Hardware already has a GPU hierarchy list, but the full list is not based on settings like yours - that one just pits all GPUs from all manufacturers (including iGPU and APU) and splits them in equals - like the top row are the fastest and bottom row slowest without defining settings,

also I believe we had best GPU by price points on this forum as well

 

I'm not really sure where I'm going with this, but maybe you can look up similar GPU lists and get some inspirations for improvement out of them.

the 980ti is capable to run most games on 3440x1440 60fps, some titles dont work on ultra settings

and if you got a fancy 100hz display you need more power too, so i´d say the gtx 1080 is nice to have too

You should put that these list is for a PLAYABLE experience with those cards at the corresponding resolution. Because you will not get ultra 60fps on all games with a 970/780/RX 480 at 1440p, far from it. Same goes for ultrawide 1440p, it can't be done by a 980 Ti.

 

I feel like the list is misleading and should be done with ultra 60fps goal in mind each time. Nobody should buy a 200+$ GPU to get a below 60fps experience and/or only medium/high settings, that seems like a waste, in my opinion at least. Because anyone who doesn't know anything about GPUs, sees this list and buys a 780 thinking it will be butter smooth on high/ultra settings at 1440p in all the latest titles will be quite disappointed

I feel like the 960, 280 and 380 are in a different class than the others there, I'm just not sure how I'd move them. Looks good though

And the top card of that brand is the best card of that brand.

If you have the intel iGPUs in there perhaps it's valuable to include the iGPUs on AMD APUs? 7850/60/70/90K have graphics of about R7 260 power, while the A10-7700K and A8-7600K are lower perf graphics

Shotty mounting, and it isn't bad perhaps, just better options for the money.
