TPLink doesn't make Wi-Fi cards to my knowledge. For routers, TPLink is better.

TPLink makes wifi cards, I just bought one.

I'm not worried about it just curious.  I'd bought the ASUS wifi card because it had very good reviews on Amazon and I'd heard of ASUS before.  I didn't know anything about the wifi card itself in terms of features or anything.

I've got a crazy long Ethernet cable running upstairs to our wifi router to connect to an Ethernet hub down in our basement where my stuff is.  I use the hub to plug in some of my devices like game consoles, secondary desktop (no wifi card or USB wifi yet), and my smart tv. (use just for Netflix)
