I think I have solution in some way for this problem, with this I managed to solve shimmering and flickering grass and trees textures and also get crisp nice line around characters, and objects, there is still a little bit aliasing here and there, but here is what fixed it for me,use options like this in Nvidia Control Panel,I think problem was due to color not being corect and so it was color conflict on pixels, and that is why image was grainy or it flicker or shimmer. Here are pics of my Nvidia Control Panel, try it yourself and see if it works for you.

I'm sorry dude but I sold my flat PC everything that can be sold , trashed all my cables , memory sticks and everything. On new flat everything was new phone laptop. After 3 days "bug" "virus" was noticeable , after 1 week it was in full power. You got a honeyomoon period right now.

That's why I am not hopeful too

Want to give you all an update:

I upgraded my system today from an i5 7400 to Ryzen 5 3600.

My issues have been fixed.

I have good level of detail. Although slight shimmering exists, because now I go out looking for them.

There's good details and AA works just fine. All I had to do was switch to a different platform.

However, I'll let you know if the same issue arises on Ryzen, because I am not hopeful.

You are in no way having the same issues as us/me.  I have tried 5 different intel cpus and 3 different Ryzen cpus,  no change...  this was done over the past year or 2....  (EDIT). Just got done reading a more recent post of yours.  Wether you have the same issue or not,  it’s not the PC or any component...

Also,  please nobody buy new PCs or build new rigs,  it’s a waste of money and won’t fix the issue,  because it’s NOT our PCs.  If everyone could PLEASE wrap their head around the fact that streaming games look just as shitty we could sop this PC being the issue bullshit!

We have to talk with the people that fixed it, I think I read a guy that fixed it moving to another stance of his house

NOBODY fixed it. And nobody will. Not until companies like nvidia or microsoft aknowledge the problem. And they didnt. Because of course, they dont want to. Im pretty sure the problem is a lowered manufacturer cost of the hardware. So, until people stop wasting money on expensive hardware, this issue is never going to be aknowledged. And this thinking is the only common sense thinking that is left after all this coming around and walking in circles.

Sure thing, there's more profit in spending all the money in stronger rig and expensive 4k display, solves problem almost completely, 5 years later there will be 8k like 4k right now, no shimmering/jagged edges at all :) 100% true

yep

so it is the gpu

if one of  your friends has a 100% working gpu

then borrow it and try it

if it worked then u need another gpu

if not...i think it is an issue with drivers

maybe some issues stucks in the cache of the gpu driver and idk how to fix it
