Clearance?

Don't use a D92 in that build. It won't keep up with the 6700K. If nothing else, the Hyper 212 EVO outperforms it and will fit in there. Better yet would be the smaller Cryorig H7 or Deepcool Gammaxx 400. The H7 definitely will not interfere with RAM. Not sure about the Deepcool.

I really want the h7, but it's not available in Canada:(

I don't like the 212 is really ugly though

Have one shipped from abroad? I imagine shipping from the US will be a ripoff, but it's at least worth looking.

No argument there.

The D92 won't keep up with any kind of overclock on a 6700K. It just doesn't have the juice for that, and it's a total ripoff for the price. What about a 120mm Noctua cooler? BeQuiet makes the Pure Rock, which looks nice and will fit your case, and the Dark Rock Pro (not the 3) that, I believe, will also fit.

And the noctua's are way too expensive in canada

I think I will have to go with the evo even though it will look like absolute shit... How much overclocking could I do on my 6700k with the evo?

Depends on the silicon lottery. If you're a winner and your CPU runs cool or takes less voltage to stabilize, you'll make it higher than you do if your chip's a dud. You'd have to look around the forum for others' 6700K results. I've never owned one.

The D92 performs pretty similarly to the 212 Evo. If the D92 couldn't keep up, the 212 barely would.

The 212 Evo is the better value at $38. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/hmtCmG/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2
