So much hate on micro B from Linus, it at least made USB pretty much standard for low power devices and way better than all that proprietary BS; but still yay for type C.

While these convertor tips do meet usb -C standards a lot of them didn't when the OP2 and the nexuses came out so be careful where you're buying. Here's a chart of products (benson approved) : here

A quick tip to see if a battery is dead. It you drop them standing up right on the flat end and they bounce it is dead. If it doesn't bounce it is charged

For the past week I've been debating on getting earbuds to replace my 20+ year old Sony MDR-W08 headphones I've had since middle school since I keep forgetting them and wanted something I could keep in my backpack. I'm glad I waited because I had some extra money left in my PayPal and Massdrop accepts PayPal. :)

Just finally received the Monk Plus earphone that were on Massdrop. Took almost 2 months! But they're worth it. This are freaking good earphones. I bought 5 pairs. 3 for me because I tend to lose or destroy mine and then 2 for my brothers.

I finally got my Monk Plus earbuds also and I am thoroughly impressed. I compared them to my Audio-Technica ATH-M30 which I really like but were over 5 times more expensive and they are pretty close in sound quality. For $7.99 delivered, I am blown away at how awesome these things sound.
