Help saving data on phone

So my parents decided that for the remainer of this week and all of next week, my family and I will be outside for most of the time. However, in the past few days that we've been outside i've already used up 2gb. Diagnostics revealed that most of it has been safari browsing on LTT and soundcloud streaming. I can understand soundcloud streaming, so I have predownloaded lots of podcasts onto my iPhone. Now, I have also downloaded Opera on my iPhone. Apparently it should help with saving and compressing the data, however I probably will need more help on saving data.

Basically, ill be mostly on LTT.

My settings for opera are that im using turbo (minimal doesn't work) and that i disable all pictures. should help save lots.

Are there any more things I can do to hopefully make this data last me over? I don't want to go pass my limit,.

Yes, I am jailbroken. If theres a package that can help save data and is compatible with iPhone 6s+ (9.3.3) tell me the repo and the name of it

Chrome has a data saver feature (I don't know how much that'll help though) You can probably find something on Cydia, it has EVERYTHING, I haven't had an iPhone in a while though. Try not to use SoundCloud too much... It's hard though

I moved from soundcloud -> podcasts/music app (locally stored)

instead of using chrome, im using opera. heard it compresses it better.
