Thanks everyone for the opinions, i was able to make everything fit into my budget, here it is:

I would suggest a few changes.

I would go with some faster Ram. A 3000MHz kit for example can usually be had for the same sort of money.

Maybe something like this G.Skill - http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/LhgPxr/gskill-memory-f43000c15d16gvrb

Swap the WD Blue Hard drive to the 7200rpm version.

That power supply is pretty average. Swap it for the EVGA G2.

Is this One the same card as you suggested?

That is a much better choice than the founders edition.

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/ZpYQqk this would be my choice of build and there is 60$ left for your dvd/Blu-Ray/ CD player

mid you wanted you could get a cheaper psu aswell as the 'sweet spot' is like 550W

I do not think that the Gemini and the H100i are in the same league of performance.

I'm good with what i have, I figured i can get an optical drive later on, for now i can get two 1TB drives as well as my SSD. Which i prefer over the optical drive.

People highly underestimate but 1 tb is a lot of space you probably won't need any other

I just changed the cooler ( the Evo comes a lot more recommended ) also I left the optical drive and case fans out because you might be more fond to your own choices

case fans are always helpful but this comes with two so that's enogh but if you want to add a white one ( because your build is kind of a black white build ) it wouldn't hurt

Just thinking you could drop down to a GTX 1060 as those monitors are only 60Hz. The GTX 1070 is good for 1440p so if you don't have any plans to go to a higher res then maybe look at the 1060 as a cheaper alternative.

I would like to get a higher resolution monitor in the future but right now they are more than what i would like to spend on a monitor, let alone 2.

If you don't mind a non 'k' cpu and a few other changes, then you can save some money on your build.

You could swap out the Monitors for 2 x 24" ones as well if you wanted. I guess it would depend on when you plan to go to a higher resolution.

Yeah. The i7 6700 will turbo boost to 4GHz though when needed, so it is still fast.

cool, i made some changes to the build overall. I wanted to stay at an i7 because of future video editing and rendering as well as streaming. I also like to browse a lot and have skype running.

Go with the psu in my spec as it is better. Also no need for the expensive cpu cooler or Z170 board.
