Small/mini 1080p display with HDMI for under £200

So I'm wondering whether there's a portable 1080p small (13-18 inches) monitor available. This will go with my idea of having a mini itx desktop that fits in my bag so I don't have to use my laptop when I'm away in another country. I have a budget of £200ish and I know Asus makes a 15.6 inch 1080p display with mini HDMI for $500...and a usb powered one (so no video inputs) for $300 I think. Is there any cheaper ones? Or DYI with a laptop 1080p panel is the only choice?
