Folding at home with a fx 6300

So i have a FX 6300 it is saying i will get 66 points per day, is that normal. The points seem very low compared to my gpu at over 1000.

if you just set it up, the points will take a bit of time to properly calculate. in general gpus give a lot more ppd. my i8 gives me 15 to 20 thousand and my gtx 780 ranges from 156 to 220 thousand. make sure you have a passkey though, it helps a lot

Yah, i have a passkey. so your saying that it has not calculated yet?

I have an AMD A10-7850k un-overclocked and I'm getting 65 PPD on CPU and the iGPU gets 295 PPD...

 

I guess we could start this search

wow...yeah...something is wrong. my g3258 folding on 1 core has never taken more than 14 hours to finish a WU and that was when I was playing games while it was folding..

You have probably figured it out by now, but just as an

fyi. You don't get any meaningful estimates less than a

few percent into a wu, anything below that is pretty

much meaningless, so it should stabilize after abit.
