How to download android updates on pc

Is it possible to download android OS update to my PC and then transfer it to my mobile .I have no Wifi access and mobile data is somewhat expensive.It's about 500 MB OS update.

yep, you can download apk file for PC from http://choilieng.com and then transfer it to your phone's memory.

But remember to follow these steps:
1. Accept softwares installed from external sources (Settings -> Apps -> Unknown sources selected area)
2. Download the application you need (for example: thug life maker ) and save to your phone
3. Open the downloaded apk file and install
