New build! Weird issue with monitor :(

Hey guys I just finished building my new computer and when I turned it on, the fans spun and everything seems to be going smoothly. But the monitor is blank and say no signal. I used a HDMI cable to connect my monitor to my gpu. The WEIRD thing is that when I boot it up a second time, the monitor decides to work. So the problem is that when I first boot the computer up, there is no signal. And when I boot it up a second time, there is signal on the monitor. This is very weird and I have tested it many times. Please HELP!
P.S. I am using Windows 10

load bios, turn off feature to cycle primary display adapter...  idk but it's probably a bios or hardware issue

Sorry, was being sarcastic, but go through the bios and see if there's something funny like that because it sounds like something funny like that

Can you try to change the settings from bios to use gpu output instead of cpu graphics, it may solve the issue.

I just check my bios and I am using PCIe(GPU) as primary graphics.
