Only got the US done so far. Anything highlighted yellow was something I couldn't find on PCPartpicker for US. Might've missed/misread a few, just as a cautionary. 

You haven't highlighted the VS as yellow or orange, the VS on this tier is 230V only.

It might be but it's not a terribad unit, just the 12V rail appears to not be regulated the best

Is CM SmartWatt Lite 600W or TT Smartpower 550W any good?

I dont have any other brands to pick from.

There is no Smartpower series, only the regular Smart.

SmartWatt only has an 80+ rating (efficiency doesn't mean quality) but it's some sort of indication that it isn't going to hold much hope

Oh thank you so much i thought it had 80+ bronze also the site im buying from listed it as smartpower. 

 

 

Now can someone let me know why higher  wattage TT smart psus are at T4 while lower ones are  T6?

tier 7 is garbage, 6 is for low-end office rigs, 4-5 are still okay for low-end/power gaming rigs
