''Activate Windows'' not opening

I trying to open the ''Activate Windows'' program on Windows 7 but isn't opening at all. I click on it and nothing happens. Please help.

have you tried turning it off and back on again?

Have you installed IE8 (bear with me) when I had this on Windows 7 once, it was due to not having certain updates installed, and IE8 was one of them.

 

PC - NZXT H510 Elite, Ryzen 5600, 16GB DDR3200 2x8GB, EVGA 3070 FTW3 Ultra, Asus VG278HQ 165hz,

 

Mac - 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, Intel HD 5000.  x2

 

Endlessly wishing for a BBQ in space.

Surely you know, if you have the DVD and it's got the hologram label, and a CDKEY?
