Lenovo gaming screen issues

Meneedhelp23

On my lenovo y50-70 Touch, i recently got my screen replaced which is good becuase i have issue which now i figured out it has to be a program issue maybe. Basically when i play games like gta V that are sandbox it seems that things father of like buildings and stuff the are farther glitch out for a second and creates like a white line that pops out for a second then is good, this usally happens when I am drivng at high speeds in the game before i never had problems with this utill i started messing with my setting and stuff, i think it may be a nvidia issue because if i play on the intel 4600 Graphics Which give me only about 1 to 6fps it does not happen. Sorry about the horrible explaining and thanks!

Its still happening to me i down graded my driver but its still having the issue. Ps i have a GTX 960. Also maybe its something with light because when i was playing gta v and it was night time in the game it happened more versus during the day i did not see it happen alot. I believe it is s some type of driver not hardware issue i am just not sure what to do any one with more ideas would be apeaciated
