I watched some of the Linus ocing vids...looks very complicated. He mentioned the asus auto tune feature but that video was a bit older if i remember correct. 

 

I think there was a voltage limiter on the 5 way tuner...but you think most beneficial to totally stay away?

Yes, I think they are okay if you want to do a "quicky" until you can get a manual overclock dialed in, but I would not use it for too long at all.
