Hey All,

Looking for some assistance with what to do in this situation. So a storm knocked out my power while I was gaming and I waiting a couple of days, rebooted my computer everything was working again. Did some Fan upgrades a couple days after that and now my Graphics Card fans twitch and no longer show anything.

My first thought was to replace a Power supply which was a Coolmax ZU-1000B ATX12V & EPS12V Power Supply.

Now I have installed a EVGA 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply.

But still only Twitching:

Graphics card is a:

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card

PSU:

EVGA 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

RAM:

Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory

CPU:

AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor

Case:

Thermaltake Chaser A71 ATX Full Tower Case

Motherboard:

Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

I have reseeded everything and yet nothing works. I have tried the graphics card in another computer and runs perfectly.

Also, I can power on the computer using the case but an unable to power it off using case switch.

Can only turn off using the Power supply

If anyone is able to help with this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
