Where to Buy Windows

Hi I'm not sure where to buy Windows. I've heard of Kinguin and Reddit. I want a good deal but I also want it to be mostly legit. I want to use a USB to do it and i'm not sure if I can use a disc or do I have to use a key? Please help!

Reddit seems like a good option but if you are really concerned about valid sound copy - look for an authorized reseller (e.g., Amazon or Newegg) deal.

When I order from amazon do I get a key and disc or just disc?

What do you want with it? USB with key? Disc with key? Just the key and make ISO/USB yourself with your own stuff?
