Video converter Software!

Hello, I'm looking for video conversions software, that is able to utilise both cpu and gpu. I'm happy to pay!

I personally use aTube Catcher to download videos and convert between file extensions. It's free but it works well.

I personally use FFMPEG. It's a command line tool and is a bit of a pain to get working with the GPU. I use it to encode around half a million pictures from time-lapses into a few 60fps Mkv files. If you are doing video conversions with the same parameters over and over and you know how to use command line tools you should try it.
