i think you could hit 1950 with a bit of tweaking.

I agree, I only had so much time to work on hobby stuff this weekend. All tweaks were basic "OC Tweaker" section. Did nothing with AMD CBS/phase states etc.

I'm familiar with basic overclocking, getting in depth with some custom tweaking is going to be a learning curve, I've dabbled. Can't wait :)

Why are Haswell E plebs in the 2011 sheet?

X79 demands their own sheet, and not shared with 2011-V3!!! >:(

If it is clocked higher on 1-2 cores only. It will probably be 3.95-4.1ghz all core on auto so running 4.2ghz on all cores is still faster overall.

Slowest Xeon I've had yet, and yet there is something interesting about running Cinebench at 266 BCLK... Could probably squeeze like 3 more points out, but given that that changes absolutely nothing I'm not gonna bother.

3960x is really no better than a 3930k other than epeen of the X but if you can sell it after benching for same as what you bought it i guess you might as well try it :)

Here is my Ryzen 5 1600x at a stable 4.0GHz on all cores and the ram at 2800MHz. Was wondering if I should upgrade cuz I tried to record and stream BF1 and my fps dropped from the normal 100+ to 50ish. should I look at a 2700x?

Current build:

CPU: ryzen 5 1600x @ 4.0GHz

Ram: Adata 3000MHz ram at 2800MHz (due to MB issues rn...)

MB: MSI B350 Tomahawk

GPU: PNY GTX 1070 8GB

SSD: ADATA 240GB SP550 (this is about 3 years old now)

HDD: Toshiba 3TB HDD

PSU: Ultra X4 750 watt 80+ Gold Modular PSU

Chassis: Corsair Carbide Spec 2

CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 with 2 120mm fans in a push pull
