I'm not familiar with Ivy-E, but I got the image they don't clock quite as easily as the Sandy-E. I wish you luck!

I don't know man. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

Definitely a bit dissapointed in my score here ;[. Dont know if its bad scaling, had made several reruns and restarts but it doesnt seem to climb higher ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But this was my final attempt until i switch to custom loop later this year.

Your trfc and  command rate are too high. Try 380 trfc and command rate of 1t

those are from the XMP profile, 1T probably won't make it. I tried it before i hate my RAM-Kit, best i could get it to was using the timings from Raja's famous Apex Profile with CR2 instead of CR1:

apex_bios00001csspa.jpg

RAMOC.jpg

I messed alot with it but its so unconvinient that the clear cmos button often doesnt really help me out if my RAM OC crashes or the PC doesnt start due to RAM OC,

i really have to put the GPU out, unscrew the chipset heatsink/m.2heatsink and have to take the battery out for some time to make it boot again. Im not in the mood to mess around with it yet again.

But i thought it could be RAM related. And i think i have to mess around with it in near future.

Thanks for pointing it out <3

I don't know if I want to go any higher, my temps are getting into the high 80s, but I think I got a pretty good score on my every day OC. 5GHz @1.31 vcore. I got a pretty good chip methinks...

The highest score after 3 days of tweaking with ram and Bclk, timings could be better.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it. :D

VCCSA at everything from 1.1 to 1.25V.

Popped in my OG 4930K, and somehow managed this...

I seriously doubt it. It's basically Ryzen, with slightly higher clocks, slightly better IPC and a better memory controller AFAIK.

Well, those are all good improvements.  My 7820x has proven to be pretty awesome.  Spends all day every day at 4.8GHz and never a crash.  That said, I am always looking for an excuse to play with new toys.
