You are hitting cooling limits on any cpu on air :P the 1650 is same as a 3930k, but some will run cooler and hotter just like any other cpu or gpu. Some are more leaky than others.

Screw Sandy-E and its power-sucking!
Maybe I'll just pass on these V1s and wait for V2s or 4930Ks to hit used market.

Main:  1650 v2   @ 4,6GHz   -   X79 Deluxe                -   GTX 1080 @ 2000MHz   -   24GB DDR3 @ 2400MHz / CL10

Shit excuse man. Students do nothing.  Most people work 5-6 days a week and get 2-4 weeks off a year. Students get 2-4 weeks off per term and do 3 hours of lectures a week and spend rest of time being poor or getting smashed while racking up a nice healthy £100k of dept to kickstart their life.  :P

Alright, I was supposed to do this earlier, but got too busy.

My i7 3820 seems to learn it has no other option than to OC higher when I keep feeding it 1.6 V :P I don't remember it clocking nearly as well the last time I tried.
