How do I install an operating system ( read carefully)

So one of the drives in my C: drive array (2x 120gb raid 0) failed and I lost all my data. I went into Ubuntu and reformatted the drives and I also reformatted the drives using this the recovery usb I made a while back and following these instructions

http://www.jwgoerlich.us/blogengine/post/2009/11/05/Use-Diskpart-to-Create-and-Format-Partitions.aspx

I then rebooted the PC and clicked trouble shoot and then reset your PC so I click yes repartition the drives. But it then says unable to reset your PC .the system drive cannot be found. Can someone please help me solve this problem in thinking I might have to buy another Windows 8.1 product key , installable usb or what ever. Please help
