Motherboard Help

Could someone link me to a gaming motherboard that has 4 Or More Usb 3.0 Slots And Some Usb 2.0 Slots? I am aiming for a motherboard with 8 Usb slots in total, and 1 Or 2 hdmi or 1 dmi.

So if the motherboard has 5 Usb 3.0 Slots that means that there only has to be 3 Usb 2.0 Slots. Just give the link to the motherboard.

Thanks.

I Can anwser any questions,

And the cpu would be the i7 6700.

(I Wont be overclocking)

And everything has to be backwards compatible (Besides the Usb 2.0 Slots, for example the usb 3.0 Slots need to be able to be used by the usb 2.0 Slots, And same go's for the Usb 3.1 10Gbps or just a usb 3.1)

My PC Currently Is The P2-1320a.

Without knowing what kind of processor you want to run, we can't recommend a board.

Motherboards are differentiated by socket, and socket dictates what CPUs you can use on the board.

If you want to run Intel, they use the LGA system. LGA775, 1150,1151, 2011, ect.

If you want to run AMD, they use their own proprietary naming system. FM,FM2,FM2+,AM3, AM3+. ect.

Are you getting an i5 6600k, i7 6700k, 6800k, or an AMD like a FX6300, 8350 etc.. Need to know what your CPU is to be able to recommend what type of motherboard you should get.

Im using the Asus Z170-A which is pretty decent, it has exactly what you need:

2x USB 2.0 ,

2x USB 3.0 ,

2x USB 3.1 10Gbps (one of them is type C)

plus 2x headers for usb 2.0 and 3.0
hdmi, dp, etc.

if you want something cheaper try asrock

Are you gonna be overclocking?

Instead of the 'K' version just go for the i7-6700? (If you're not gonna be overclocking)

Just google LGA 1151 mobos? (LGA 1151 Is the socket of the mobo If you did not know) or look on pcpartpicker.com for some mobos?

:D

Is the USB 3.1 10Gbps backwards compatible? And will it still work really fast without overclocking?

Don't get 6700k just get the 6700, same performance as a 6700k, just no overclock ability :D

Also! Go for DDR4 RAM (Your CPU Supports DDR4), this is good for a lot of stuff (not gaming performance) Just rendering, and other 'work' wise things.

For the GPU I think you should go for a GPU like the 970 or 980 (non-Ti) something to last for now, and put more money into the mobo, etc.

What is your budget?

yes and yes.
If you don't want to overclock get something a little cheaper, for instance:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132575&cm_re=asus_H170-_-13-132-575-_-Product

same amount of usb ports and  the 6600 or 6700 will do just fine with it

Edit:
Please note this mb does not support SLI, only crossfire setups
