Tesoro GRAM Spectrum Keyboard Giveaway

1. Comment below! Tell us about the keyboard you're currently using, and why you want a new one.
Built in laptop keyboard. (Alienware)
Its very basic. When you tap a key, it feels like goo below it. I dont like it. The slightest ^^ Not only the membrane, but the "metallic" that holds it level, is too thin.
The colors are so annoying. Because you cant have several colors. Because it uses "zones" and when the zones collide, it looks bad.

I am looking for a new keyboard, to use at home. And use the built in on trips.

I used Tesoro gear when I was at Dreamhack 2014. I fell in love with their products, but because lack of money and need for new things, I've had to settle. I had to get a high end laptop because of studies. Making me kinda broke to afford new things. Tesoro is personally the best company out there for my hand size for mice. Not tested this keyboard. But I believe its good ! :3

Best of luck everyone!!

I am using a shity Sbox (idk the model) wireless keyboard, which is super bad, some keys are displaced and i really hate the layout (i bought it in slovenia on a trip)

It doesn't respond to quick key presses, so i have to hold it down for a little longer, so it responds.

I'm currently using a Microsoft Wired Keyboard 600. It's an awful membrane keyboard that slows down my typing speed a lot and would love to replace it with a mechanical.

Having issues with a Corsair AIO? Possible fix here:

Spoiler

Are you getting weird fan behavior, speed fluctuations, and/or other issues with Link?

Are you running AIDA64, HWinfo, CAM, or HWmonitor? (ASUS suite & other monitoring software often have the same issue.)

Corsair Link has problems with some monitoring software so you may have to change some settings to get them to work smoothly.

-For AIDA64: First make sure you have the newest update installed, then, go to Preferences>Stability and make sure the "Corsair Link sensor support" box is checked and make sure the "Asetek LC sensor support" box is UNchecked.

-For HWinfo: manually disable all monitoring of the AIO sensors/components.

-For others: Disable any monitoring of Corsair AIO sensors.

That should fix the fan issue for some Corsair AIOs (H80i GT/v2, H110i GTX/H115i, H100i GTX and others made by Asetek). The problem is bad coding in Link that fights for AIO control with other programs. You can test if this worked by setting the fan speed in Link to 100%, if it doesn't fluctuate you are set and can change the curve to whatever. If that doesn't work or you're still having other issues then you probably still have a monitoring software interfering with the AIO/Link communications, find what it is and disable it.

Who won?

Motivation is where, and what you make of it.

“It is relatively unusual that a physical scientist is truly an atheist. Why is this true? Some point to the anthropic constraints, the remarkable fine tuning of the universe. For example, Freeman Dyson, a Princeton faculty member, has said, ‘Nature has been kinder to us that we had any right to expect.'”  Albert Einstein

I have a pretty terrible Sharkoon Skiller that's seen better days, I don't have the money for a new keyboard so this would be nice if I won.

Expert procrastinator.

I am currently using a Razer Blackwidow (2012) that's literally 4 years old, blue switches don't click anymore, caps are worn out completely on almost all keys and sometimes the switches get stuck, so, i kind of need a new one.

I'm using my laptops built in keyboard, which is more than bad, especially for writing essays for university.

So it'd be great if I'd win this thing :)

Currently using a madcatz v5. Only issue with it is that it doesn't have THE SATISFYING CLICKY CLICK NOISES THAT MAKE A PERSON'S LIFE COMPLETE AND LETS THEM DIE HAPPILY.

So, yeah. Apart from that,  S'all good in da hood.

Well it's nothing special just a plain cheap keyboard used to chug me along through both gaming and non-gaming, been great so far, but an upgrade would be nice and to finally put this keyboard at rest.

I am currently using a laptop because I'm too cheap to actually buy and build my full size gaming desktop. My laptop is approximately 5 years old and still rocking an Intel core i5 but the keys just aren't as responsive as they use to be. I would like this keyboard because I can just plug it in via USB and the laptop would have a whole new feel to it. Anyway, if I don't win, thanks for the opportunity C:
