Best cpu right now for gaming?

Here is a last benchmark on Black Desert.

This time it includes all information afterburner could gather.
Low fps in cities, low fps on high end, 60 steady on highest and out of cities.

From that picture, I would say the low FPS is due to software.  Everything is working fine.  The GPU is not throttling.  Running at 80% utilization at a temperature of 77.  CPU looks great too.

Maybe we could cross opinions.

 

Although, black desert is well optimized so we can see the performance we really have from it,

I read it all.  They did not say anything crazy or wrong.

 

I have a question for you.  How is your GPU powered?  The PCI-E socket, what cable goes into it?  PCI-E on one end... what is on the other?

Well, if you look at the pics,its on the blue one. 

Tried black one as well. Now its on the blue one.

No, the GPU itself needs to be powered:  Two 8-pin PCI-E connectors:

Else it wouldnt turn on, why?

One of my pins is 6pin, I was given an converter from 6->8 because the default wired provided one of them being 6, like the previous generation.

You confused me.  Your GPU has two 8-pins. 

 

So you have one 8pin and a converted 6-to-8 pin in the gpu... where do they lead to?  Into the motherboard?

I have 6+8

I got a cable to make them 8+8, otherwise it wouldnt turn on.

It turned on and I used it to have display on my pc, otherwise it would not display anything.

the psu is wired, so.....the wires end up to the gpu.one of them was 6pin, to answer it more simply, it ends to the vga slot, if you remember that one from my power supply.

I don't remember.  That "VGA" socket is on the motherboard, right... the distributor?
