Best phone for under $250

I want something with good battery life ,10hrs+ ,and a good camera(really want 1080p 60fps). Also a 1080p screen is a must. It has to work with t-mobile. Thanks for the help.

Google Cardboard is a useless gimmick, don't buy a phone based on it being able to work with it.

I suppose you are right in that I shouldn't buy a phone solely on the fact if it works with google cardboard.
