For me, I would like to have one ultra wide monitor just because I don't like to see one big bezzel in the middle of the screen

What about you?

I prefer two separate monitors because I use both for different purposes (one for gaming/video, one for web browsing)

You can do that on one ultra wide, but i just prefer separate.

Two separate - it means I can multitask better as well as VESA mount both of them and move them for use around the room such as a monitor for movies in bed etc.

Rather have 2 cause i usually dont pay attention while i game. Usually have some sort of video running. But if i was paying attention, Id definetly going 21:9

prefer 2 monitors for multitasking, or monitoring temps and other stuff while i do other stuff like gaming, editing

2 monitors for me because there is no 2560x1080 monitor with a refresh rate of 120hz or above :P
