I have my monitor set at %100 in the day and 30-50% at night. What about you?

I have it on it's lowest setting possible, and it's still pretty bright.. I have no clue how much actual back lighting it going on with it though. 

 

It kind of makes it look like Chuck Norris is descending from the Heavens in my room at night.
