If i bought the PCI card instead of the PCI express and my mobo has NO pci slots, what do i do?

(I can't refund it anymore)

Ouch. Looks like you're stuck with eBay. If you're lucky and someone bids higher than they should, you could actually make a profit; keep your hopes up!

this is what he needs, but the card has to be half height.
