What's your router?

Pending that:

  • Open up command prompt
  • Type in "ipconfig /all"
  • On your "Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi:" listing, look for "Default Gateway"
  • Type that address into your browser, this will log into your router (the default login is usually username "admin" and password "password"
  • Look for your Wi-Fi settings and there should be an option to change the channel

However, if you have an Android smartphone, I'd suggest getting the "Wifi Analyzer" app, since you can see which channels are being used so you're not throwing darts blindly at the board. If you don't have an Android phone, I'm sure the others have something equivalent.

Oh, if your Default Gateway has an IPV6 and an IPV4 address, type in the IPV4 address (usually in the form of 192.168.1.XXX) into your browser.

That l will definitely help me out a lot, thanks
