Audio Advice

LilMikey

Hi I currently use the Razer Kraken headset for both my microphone and headset needs while my other stuff currently plays out of an LG sh5b soundbar through an optical cable or w.e I want to retire the kraken and use my beats studio wireless and purchase an at2020 xlr.. I was wondering what my best option as for some audio boost would be in terms of usb dacs/amp combos. I want something that'll be able to help my soundbar/headphones/xlr mic (if that's possible?)

Audio noob here.

headphones no since they are wireless so they have their own build in amp and dac. Since the soundbar gets a digital signal then that is also a no, since that also has a build in amp and dac. For the xlr mic you can get a mixer with a xlr mic input or just a plain audio interface for xlr mics.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M
