Are you looking for monitor drivers or GPU drivers?

They don't do the same thing.

Also that someone is an idiot who you should never talk to again.

Drivers do not necessarily have to be made with an executable installer

The .INF file is the driver

Install it manually

Believe me or not.. nothing really special happened..the monitor was renamed in device manager.. http://imgur.com/G5YJe4P

The R7 250 is a pretty weak card.

Not sure if it even supports 144Hz

Not all graphics cards support 144Hz

Ensure it is a DVI dual link port on both card and monitor, and a DVI dual link cable being used.

As you can see below, DVI-D does not mean it is dual link

7801.dvid.gif

I checked, both have dual link dvi-d.And don't worry about my gpu,it runs my games nicely

Ok.

I'm not worried about its ability to produce 144fps

Some GPUs simply do not allow a 144Hz link even if they can produce 144fps

Could you check? i am searching stuff for 4h and i haven't find anything about the compatibilty..

I couldn't find detailed info on its supported resolutions either.

However it is a really weak card, like, in the realm of integrated graphics. There are APUs that outperform it...

Most of the models I found don't even have a dual link port.

Which leads me to believe it doesn't support 144Hz

I suggest getting a GPU upgrade soon. I wouldn't even bother with 144Hz gaming with such a card.

We talk about different gpu's.I have the 2gb gddr5 version

And imagine that, with my old monitor,i could've seen 75hz.The monitor was 60hz and i oc'ed and i instantly notice the difference

Giving it 500GB of HBM2 won't enable fancy resolution support.

The GPU itself is the same across different versions.

What if i overclock my monitor to something a little higher?
