Windows Transfer without Other files

So Im looking to transfer windows to a usb from my pc, but no other files. Im not connected to the internet so I cant use other software. I am in windows 7. Help

Sorry for being suspicious but how did you post here without connecting to the internet?

So I can't exactly help you with your question, but there should be an app that migrates OS files to a new drive, and perhaps there's a way to download the files to your phone, the n hook up the phone to the computer and transfer them there. App shouldn't be more than 100MB so should be no problem with data caps / download speed.

 

But again, I don't know which app that is. I could have sworn I had an app in my utilities that did it but I couldn't find it when I looked.

Can you be a little more specific about what exactly you want to do?  Are you trying to transfer your entire windows installation?  I think that can be done with the same software used for HDD -> SSD migration but I wouldn't suggest it.  Are you just trying to make a bootable installer?
