I was planning to remove the stock Thermal Compound on my GPU, but I don't know which I will use to remove the Stock Thermal Compound

Get isopropyl.

Isopropyl alcohol is a chemical term of exactly what it is. Usually there's a measure of the concentration along with that term.

Rubbing alcohol is for medical use. It can be almost all isopropyl but it can also have all sorts of oils and skin conditioners and what not in it. Usually the law dictates that the ingredients must be listed but not their concentrations.

This is just to say, if you're all "All alcohol is alcohol. Get what you can get fast and cheap." You can end up with body lotion on your CPU.

Any cleaning alcohol, I just use some denatured spirit ( like 2$ for a litre of almost pure ethanol).
