Quote options missing on safari

When I view posts on the forum i cant see the quote options etc.

Works fine for me in Safari on OSX El Capitan 10.11.4

It looks like there are a few other things broken with your version of safari too. Is it up to date?

No. I think i will have to use firefox, thanks for steering me in the right direction
