Needing a good HDMI switch

Hey guys, I have been in need of new HDMi switch box for a while now. The one from monoprice seems to be giving me issues where some ports don't work with certain consoles.  And those that do work seem to have the audio disappear for about 5 to 10 seconds.  Really need some help on getting a good HDMI switch.

I have one that auto switches.

Input 1, Cable

Input 2, Xbox

Input 3, PC

 

It auto switches to whatever port with the highest value is sending signals

This looks interesting. But How do you make it work while having these boxes connected? Thankfully, I have my Wii U, 360, and PS3 as the only HDMI, my dish network box is connected to my tv since it has 2 HDMI connections.
