Can't OC G3258 on Asrock H81M DGS r2.0

Well yea you need a Z-chipset for that...

That is not true.

Whoever is looking into this in 2017 like i did you can download the older BIOS: 

1.3  0 5/13/2015    Instant Flash from official website

After installing older bios you will get acess to cpu overclock.
