But its happening since 3-5 years, also people tested in every OS like linus , hubuntu or whatever. Everytime same Issues exists. But I appreciate every help u can give.

The issue is everyone is looking for one cause, not that easy. There are many things at work here.

Shadow textures, for offline adjust your ini files, online server side.

Texture pop up, same.

Actully for a majority of what I've seen that's the case.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

The worst of everything happening is the, massive lack of AA + flimmering, where setting up AA or DSR wont help like 1% :( And also things in distance looks less detailed as they should.

Pop ins and shadow render problems are somehow acceptable.

If you really want understand the problem, just read some pages of the nvidia thread. And you will see itd not simply or dumb as its sound.

No, its a real issue. It's just massively misunderstood. If you're playing online it the server 90% of the time. Publishers rent server space more than they own it. And they hop from cheap space to cheap space. Best way to understand the issue is to read up on what's done server side verses the responsibility of your PC.

Sorry but I belive that is not the case. Why is this only happening to some of us, and just suddenly after a OS reinstallation or new GPU .

Unintentional blindness. It's something that can have a clown walk across a stage and have no one see it. But it can have a strange effect when something causes a change and the person sees the clown.

Case in point. You take your car to a mechanic for a costly service. You're not getting anything you can perceive for the investment so on the way home you pay closer attention than usual to how your car performs and sounds. Because of this you notice something that's been there way before you took the car in for service. So you rush back to the mechanic and demand action. Every service writer knows this effect intimately.

So you buy that new graphics card and look for validation on the purchase. You notice things that were always there, and selective memory convinces you that it's a new problem.

This is completely normal, it's human nature. The trick is identifying it, that's how you fix any problem. You make adjustments to minimize the problem and relax. You'll see the games as they were. Promise.

Poorly u did not understand it, nothing from that is normal , we dont talk about a few people, there several hundred people or more which exactly describe it like everyone else had, Iam a competetive Cs go(legendary eagle)and league of legends player(diamond 2/challenger)

If my gameplay ecperience change so drasticly I will notice it immediatly.

And no its not the game or engine which caused it. Man if u keep thinking like that we dont have to talk more.

Its a massivly investigated problem and many many different kind of people tried to fix it with every logical or unlogicial possiblities. I can clearly understand that u cant imagine what I/we mean , i think I coudnt aswell just because its sounds dumb and impossible.  Also the fact that I fixed  It temporaly, shows me im dont talking shit.

I was very specific that we are talking about multiple issues here, not just one issue. The games you reference are online multiplayer, that falls under the jurisdiction of server issues. Why not everyone, not everyone is on the same server, region and just plain luck have a lot to do with it. I'm not talking shit, I've worked first hand with this issue. Or more specifically the issue with rented server space. Then of course you have the OS conflicts, shit drivers from both AMD and Nvidia, and the list really does go on and on. But this has gradually gotten worse because the blame is shifted by fans to hardware, and it has nothing to do with hardware.

Millions of people believed the moon landing was fake, didn't make it fake. Did it? You're trying to use the bandwagon logic fallacy. Please don't.

There are solutions to these problems, or at the least explanations.

You still don't get it. This is what I do, it's how I pay my bills. How I buy my parts. I work with developers. I'm not "believing" anything. I'm explaining.

Okay I must say I overreacted a bit about iiNNex .

Well guys he is truly right in some things, its not electricy or atleast not bad voltage , it probably could be a virus spreading through our houses and internet.

If you read the nvidia post with 98 pages :https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/831430/geforce-900-series/pixelated-shadows-texture-popins-gtx-960-970-980-ect-/34/

You realize that they already tested many many things. New hardware wont fix it , ups+stabilizer wont fix it. Its DEFINTLY software related. But I also think its a Virus which caused It.

No problem, it happens. This issue has caused me more stress than anything before, hence why I am not as bothered about it anymore as I was back then as it was nothing but wasting more and more money trying to fix it while not getting any "official" support from either company.

Exactly same story.

-reinstalled Windows.

-installed driver/updates.

-installed games.

-couldnt play any game anymore.

Oh it was even more simple for me:

Buy new GPUs (2x GTX 970s to replace my 1x 780ti Classified)

Reinstall Windows (from win 7 to win 8.1 pro).

Install all drivers and just essential basic programs

Install a few games

And that's where my good graphics went away. No amount of reverting back or hardware changing helped. Tried every OS I could, even Ubuntu lol That said it was less noticeable one OpenGL than DirectX but it was still there. Some guy, Kraudi on the nvidia forums, had it fixed for about a day with the purchase of a new 290X and then it came. Makes you wonder what on earth is "killing" our graphics processors.

Edit: This doesn't just happen in games by the way, here is a 3D modelling and rendering program:

Notice the lack of AA and shadow distortion on the gun on the bottom right.

Yep, same thing kraudi had.

Put friend's AMD R9 380 in my case ---> Used DDU to remove drivers---> installed AMD drivers = started CS GO , everything fixed ----> closed the game ----->opened again because I was so happy that I couldnt belive -------> every problem back to his roots.

Yeah thats weird, even on 3D rendering program happening and people still think we are fools.

Very few think you're fools, many have tried to explain what it is and how to fix it. Yet you'd rather have the problem than listen to those who know what it is and how to fix it.
