The Blue ones with a different shock mount, and pop filter? What about the Audio-Technica mic? What mics have the highest quality?

Blue Yeti and AT 2020 and the 2 most popular mics right now

Personally I use a Yeti but I'd prefer a AT 2020

This. The AT 2020 has a better sound for closer recordings, like making commentaries

Since there in no price limit, look for Neumanns or Brauners or AKGs - all industrial standards for many years

If you intend to stick with USB, I would also look at the Rode NT-USB. It's my personal favorite.
