just make sure it fits the case

Hello, I am just wondering two things.

So I am currently buying an I7 6700K and a new case.  My current computer is extremely loud so I really want to make sure that is not the same next time. (I've already gotten a new PSU)

I am wondering what are some of the best Silent fans on the market and what CPU Cooler is the best choice. I do not really have a budget so just send requests please, thanks.

Also any good thermal compounds?

NF-F12's are pretty loud compared to other Noctua options. For quiet. NF-S12A's are king.

So in my case, if in my case (corsair 600t white) I use standard 200mm front fan as intake and 1x 120mm on top and 1x 120mm at rear as exhaust running low , I could get more silent with 4x Silent wings 120mm running at low rpm ?

Or changing my PSU from  Corsair HX 750W ATX Modular SLI  to a no PRM model will be better choice?

Your system is only as quiet as your loudest component. Determine what that is first.

large fans tend to need less speed to move air than smaller fans, as such they tend to be quieter when moving the same amount of air as a smaller fan.
