Will I be able to LiveStream?

So, i have a quick question. Im planning on getting an Elgato HD60 Pro soon for YouTube and Twitch (both, since some viewers are on youtube). Will I be able to live stream on twitch and youtube? Heres my setup

 

I5 4590

8gbs of ram

I WONT play any PC games

Internet - 30mbps download 6mbps upload

So what I can tell, you want to stream using your pc and have a console or something connected to your pc? Yeah, I believe you would be able to. I would use restream.io to do both so your cpu doesn't want to kill itself.

I assmue you'll be playing console games.

 

Yes, you should be able to stream at least 720p 30 fps, if not 1080p 30 fps

You should be fine to stream in 720p and maybe higher.
