Redragon KUMARA mechanical Keyboard

Sir Asvald

I was just going through Amazon and I found this keyboard:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Redragon-KUMARA-Backlit-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B01ATP6770/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1461935610&sr=8-1&keywords=red+dragon+mechanical+keyboard

I've seen videos about it. They say it's a good keyboard. What do you guys think?

Better than a membrane board. That's about it.

well it has NKRO, it is no thrills or bells and whistles keyboard with backlight and presumably khail switches who aren't as bad as people make them out. great entry level keyboard that is basic with back-light and will feel heaps better than membrane.

now longevity wise - who knows, but on the bright side when it does die outside of warranty you'll have a bundle of switches for diy stuff.

So, shall I get it?

my friend got this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rantopad-MXX-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B01B93HQFI/ref=sr_1_50?ie=UTF8&qid=1461946670&sr=8-50&keywords=mechanical+keyboard and is very happy with it, partially because he is a lazy ass and too lazy to change it to red switches instead of blue and annoys me in call, but it's still not broken half a year later and he is not kind to his peripherals.

i would think this is about same, he paid 43 or so for it at the time too. if this is all your budget allows get it, if you can spend 60 or so hunt around on ebay etc. possibly pick up a corsair or something. up to you.

if you should get it or not it depends on your opinion of it, keep in mind in UK you can return it within a few weeks if you're not happy with it, so i'd say why not, get it see how you like the feel. also amazing will sort out warranty most likely through the period, so that should give you peace of mind too.
