Cross platform play between Xbox One and PC

Hello! I was wondering if you guys know if Rocket League can be played Cross-Platform between Windows 10 and Xbox One. I have been researching on the interwebs, but some sites say it can't, some say it can... It is confusing. So do you know if you can play it cross-platform? Also, can you play it from Steam with Xbox Live users?

It's going to be cross-platform (from what i have understood) but it's not done yet. For now it's only cross-platform between PC and PS4.
